Birthlight Baby Yoga Diploma (with Sally Lomas)
Birthlight Yoga for Fertility Certificate (with Francoise Freedman)
Yoga Anatomy Certificate (trained with the world famous Leslie Kaminoff)

Jivamukti Yoga is a dynamic flow style that encompasses all aspects of yoga. We will learn about yogic philosophy, move through a vigorous physical practice, spend time connecting to the breath and meditate before we enjoy some deep relaxation. This is not suitable for complete beginners. Some experience is required.
